Glow Routine Co. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at glowroutinecosupport@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Used personal care items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

To start a return, contact us at glowroutinecosupport@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help make it right.

Order cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
